1 The Crowd Condoler will ensure that the beneficiaries respect the line, the timing, and the process of the cash and food distribution and she/he will ensure order at the site. She/ he will liaise with the guards in case of problematic behaviors by a beneficiary. 2 Control the crowd at distribution or SCOPE registration sites. 3 Make proper arrangements, keep the crowd in line navigate them through the distribution site, and help the distribution facilitators. 4 Assist the crowd control team and information desk officers to arrange the distribution process. 5 Prioritize people with specific needs. 6 Maintain beneficiary’s confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. 7 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing relevant tasks as needed. 8 Monitor in-kind and cash transfer distributions to ensure that intended in-kind or cash assistance is distributed to registered beneficiaries and as scheduled. 9 Prepare reports at the end of the activities and submit them to the supervisor. 10 Follow any new procedures and guidelines designated from the RRDPO.
