Requriments

University Degree in Business Management, social science or other relevant discipline Three years’ Previous experience in the relevant field. Excellent Pashto, Dari, and English Languages skills Must be ready to work in insecure location.

Description

1 The information desk staff is responsible for explaining the entire process of providing aid to the beneficiaries of project, and give necessary instruction to the beneficiaries, so they do not face problems during the scope and distribution time. 2 Ensure the information desk is clean, visible and equipped with all necessary supplies such as loud speaker and brochures. 3 Welcome beneficiaries and guide them the procedure of distribution/ scope. 4 Help Desk Clerks are technical professionals who work either in-house or remotely to assist beneficiaries, concerns or questions to the distributor team. They’ll work with users over the site and the place where organization distribute food or scope the beneficiaries. 5 Organize resources so they are easy to locate 6 Resolve beneficiary’s issues 7 Answer other beneficiary’s questions and offer them access to helpful resources 8 Direct questions to the right department when needed 9 Present information about Donor and implementing NGO 10 Given full information about the ration size and duration 11 Ensure beneficiaries satisfaction 12 Manage all desk administrative duties Job skills Ability to be respectful with beneficiaries in case of unexpected behavior from beneficiaries. Practical experience in the Help Desk system. Excellent team working and communications skills. Conflict resolution skills. Interpersonal skills. Able to work under strict deadlines. Familiarity with the political and social context of the country. Experience in crisis context of the country. Ability to use common computer software, including email, MS Office, and develop databases in excel
