University Degree in Business Management, social science or other relevant discipline Three years’ Previous experience in the relevant field. Excellent Pashto, Dari, and English Languages skills Must be ready to work in insecure location.
Description
1 The distributor is responsible for preparing the food distribution sites and commodities for distribution and distribute every beneficiary’s entitlement based on their ration-card with complete care and caution. It is also responsibility of distributor to avoid damaging food items during the distribution process. 2 Under the supervision of the Head of Beneficiary Management Service, work to strengthen processes for beneficiary targeting, prioritization and selection. 3 Strengthened capacities for WFP programming in the urban space, with a focus on targeting, prioritization and beneficiary selection 4 Finalizing urban assessment and targeting guidance 5 Prepare beneficiaries’ distribution list and distribution plan before the distribution process 6 Make sure that food items are ready for distribution. 7 Check Beneficiaries NID and Distribution Cards. 8 Conduct the distributions to the beneficiaries on the monthly basis. 9 Prepare distribution reports. 10 Select beneficiaries based on the WFP vulnerability criteria. 11 Distribute food among the vulnerable beneficiaries in the target districts. 12 Provide distribution reports. 13 The SCOPE Registration Clerk will record and register the project beneficiaries and report the finding and list of beneficiaries to RRDPO. He/She will be fully responsible for SCOPE related activities of the project in the main and site office of the project. He/She will be responsible for the over-all management of the SCOPE database and will make sure RRDPO & WFP registration rules and regulation are properly implemented in the field office and related project. Job skills Ability to be respectful with beneficiaries in case of unexpected behavior from beneficiaries. Practical experience in the scope system. Excellent team working and communications skills. Conflict resolution skills. Interpersonal skills. Able to work under strict deadlines. Familiarity with the political and social context of the country. Experience in crisis context of the country. Ability to use common computer software, including email, MS Office, and develop databases in excel
