The duration of the amendment will be from 08th Nov 2023 and will remain in force till 31st March 2024, the amendment proposed to distribute the addition AFN 648,450,000 to cover the need of 64,845 households of undocumented returnees, expected to be returned from Pakistan. Each household will be assisted with a multipurpose cash transfer covering one month requirements. All households will be registered through SCOPE and the direct cash assistance will be made using the SCOPE Light card. 2.2 HEB will be part of the program and will be distributed at a ration of 100 grams per person in a household, at the Reception Center (RC) to all households crossing the border. As returnees will cross the border from 07AM to 09PM, CP will provide services in the mentioned duration, as there will be high reflux of returnees and may change the routine, RRDPO will be able to provide around the clock services to returnees.
